Weekend Blast for

The Knitter's Edge

We have been very, very busy this past week. As we move closer to the holidays- all of the knitters out there are busy finishing projects and starting new ones- the quicker the better. We have worked hard to find some fast, interesting projects to help you make a hand crafted Christmas for everyone on your list.

On sale this weekend- We are leaving out most of the containers - many having been restocked with sale yarns. If you didn't get everything you needed, or weren't able to get in to the shop at all- this is your chance to still get some bargains.

The new classes held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 4-6 PM have been very successful so far. Please join us for one of these quick project mini classes over the next 2 weeks. You will enjoy the time spent knitting a quick project.

We got more of these kits- and still have 10 kits available- we supply the yarn. This cute little purse will knit up quickly while you learn the anatomy of a hand knit sock.

Intarsia Tree Cloth

This coming Tuesday evening- I will be doing a washcloth class working on an Intarsia Christmas tree cloth. Please don't miss this class. You will be receiving 2 small balls of Fantasy Naturale cotton to work this cloth, Bring size 7 needles.

Eyeglass case

Diana will hold a class on Tuesday December 8, 4:00 - 6:00 PM to work up this eyeglass case. She has chosen to use Galway in beautiful print shades, but many other worsted weight yarns are available as well.

Headband

Stephanie will be teaching how to make this headband, and some other headbands on Wednesday December 16 4:00 - 6:00 PM.

4:00 - 6:00 PM with JoAnne

A Lacey Baktus Scarf knitted with some of our gorgeous sock yarns. I am working on one in copper knitted with String Theory

This Baktus is a solid version- all garter stitch. Very simple, yet very elegant.
