The Knitter's Edge

This week, we continue our end of the year sales- a chance to do some knitting for yourself with some great fun yarns. All sale prices effective until 4:00 PM on Thursday- when we close for New Years Eve.

End of Year Sales

This week, we are adding 2 more yarns to our list of 20% off yarns- Twice Tweed- a recycled cotton blend, and Socos- a bulky weight handpainted wool- great for hats. We have patterns available for all of these sale yarns.

All of those yarns you used for cowls and scarves--those great last minute gift ideas-- are now on sale for YOU!!! Pickup some Peru, Llama Cotton Grande, Encore Mega, Big Softie, Punta Meritwist, and last but not least- Baby AlpacaGrande all for 20% off the regular price.

And to finish off that cowl or scarf in style- all shawl pins and sticks are also sale priced at 20% off.

All sale prices good until the end of the year.
We are open normal hours until Dec 31.
We close at 4:00 on Dec 31.

All regularly scheduled classes will be held as usual. Next week we will be starting several new classes- watch for news on these!

In addition-this week, Marilyn will continue her Winter Break Clinic sessions for the kids. These clinics are a great way for the young knitters to move ahead with their knitting skills.

CHA-CHA SCARF KIT

The Cha Cha Scarf kits by Claudia handpaints are now in stock. The French Scarf kits by this same handdyer sold out in no time. Her new kit is even lovelier- and won't last long. Several colorways available.

Kids Class News

KIDS CLASS CLINIC-- CALLING ALL KIDS!!!

If you know how to knit and need to learn some new skills, these classes may be for you. Sign up for one, two... or all! Buy a Teddy Bear at The Knitter's Edge and knit something for him or her. You will learn some new skills- casting on, binding off, purling, ribbing, increases, decreases, working on double points, etc, while knitting an outfit, or accessories for your bear. You bring the bear (whether one purchased from The Knitter's Edge, or one from home - 10-12" is best)-- and we will supply everything else you need. Class size will be limited to 8 students, so you MUST sign up. Call or stop by The Knitter's Edge- 610-419-9276.
