This week I started the Baby Surprise Jacket as a KAL both at the shop and on Ravelry. I am using Sirdar Crofter Effect .  I hope you will join me - I just found out I am going to be a Grandma (first time!) and I would truly enjoy sharing this knitting project with all of you.  I am making mine for Jodi's new baby, but if you aren't expecting a new one in your life- consider donating this great project sweater to one of the many charities we support.  Many customers are using Dreambaby Dk for their sweater to donate- this is a wonderfully soft Dk weight yarn that is extremely well priced.

Please post photos on Ravelry!

June Washcloth Kits! -- Not just for Father's Day!

This month we celebrate Father's Day so I thought a few more masculine washcloths were in order. Fantasy Naturale cotton - grey & black- perfect for men as well as so many home decors.  I particularly loved the mosaic cloth, so I made a set of coasters on the same pattern stitch (see below).  And as always, an exclusive scent of A Natural Alternative soap is in each kit.  This month the scent is My Father's Barbershop- one whiff and you will be transported back in time to those Saturday morning trips with Dad to the barber shop.

2 color Mosaic Cloth

Risotto Stitch Cloth

Pinwheel Cloth

MugRug Kits

Pair these coasters with the Mosaic cloth (shown above) as a hot pad.

A very nice set it will make.  Each kit contains enough Fantasy Naturale to make 2 MugRugs- reversing the colors for the second coaster.

 Pima Lino Market Bag Kit

Pima Lino is a lovely handpainted Cotton/ Linen blend.  Pair it with one of our favorites- Hempathy, and you have a dynamite market bag in a flash!  Kits made in several colorways- or have fun designing your own color pairing and we will give you the free pattern.
